Description Lionel Dricot 2006-04-19 10:11:28 UTC
When you are playing a song, you cannot rate it easily as you have first to find the played song in the browser.

I suggest to add the rating stars somewhere in the "playing bar". I often find myself grumbling about this because I want to know or to change the rating of the song I'm listenning to. (most of the time, I play my whole musical library randomly)

Just FYI, there are several other enhancement requests for other alternative (or complementary) methods for rating tracks:

bug #121855 (rating using applet)
bug #329563 (rating by sliding over the widget)
bug #329564 (rating using the mousewheel)

Perhaps these could be consolidated into a single bug request for better ways of rating songs (or a tracking bug could be added to all them).
