Please describe the problem:
Apparently, and according to http://live.gnome.org/GnomeGoals/PoLinguas ,
intltool seems to not be used in GConf... INTLTOOL was not find in any files.

        * Makefile.am: Add intltool files to EXTRA_DIST and
        DISTCLEANFILES.
        * autogen.sh: Run intltoolize.
        * configure.in: Fix the po/LINGUAS stuff.
