Description elitepenguin 2006-04-09 18:18:35 UTC
You should be able to resize windows by alt-right click in the windows. KDE,
WindowMaker, Fluxbox and many other support this.

I can work faster if i don't have to click at the right bottom to resize a
windows, so I would be glad if I could resize wtih alt-right click in gnome.

Use alt+middle click. There is a bug somewhere to be able to change the mouse button.

Reopening to mark as a dupe. Bug 140710 is the other open bug about this, though I should probably close it as a duplicate of bug 83210. Most relevant comments for this discussion are bug 83210 comment 35, and bug 140710 comment 2.
