Description Aaron Kurtz 2006-04-08 05:36:26 UTC
I'm using an iPod Shuffle with Banshee. As it lacks a way to order songs while using the iPod, the order of tracks have to be set with the application used
to sync it. Banshee doesn't allow you to reorder the tracks. You can drag and drop them, but after syncing it returns to the original order.

Moving to the iPod component.

Stupid question: doesn't the iPod Shuffle... shuffle?
Comment 3 Aaron Kurtz 2006-04-10 20:46:09 UTC
Heh. It can, but it doesn't have to. The power switch has three settings - off, on and play in order, and on with shuffle. I like setting songs in a specific order, personally, but I have to use gtkpod instead of banshee to do that.
