Description Jose M. daLuz 2006-04-07 14:18:47 UTC
Evince remembers the last size/page #/zoom level/etc. for a document previously opened. However, whenever it opens a new doc it starts with a window that, on my 19" 1600x1200 screen, is unreadably small for me. This means that, every time, I have to resize the window and set the zoom level to pretty much the same settings.

I would like to set a preference so that after I resize it and choose a zoom level, it would remember those settings as a default for all new documents, but continue to remember the settings for individual docs.

Recent evince behaves exactly like that if you are using dbus.
