Please describe the problem:
Can't backup S/MIME certificates

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Preferences
2. Select the certificates (padloc) icon.
3. Select the Your certificate tab
4. Selet a Certificate

Actual results:
The "Backup" and "Backup All" buttons are grey and inactive, giving me no way to
initiate a backup

Expected results:
I should be able to press the backup button, and as a result I should be able to
backup my certificate.

Does this happen every time?
Always
