When adding an empty feed (e.g.
http://feeds.feedburner.com/command-n/xvid), Rhythmbox crashes.

In rb-podcast-parse.c, the return value of xmlCreateMemoryParserCtxt is
not checked, and is NULL for this feed. This causes a SEGFAULT on the
following line when it is used.

That feeds shows posts for me, so I can't check, but I think this patch should fix the problem.

I've committed the patch to cvs, feel free to reopen if you can reproduce the bug with current cvs.
