Hit ctrl-D, resize the window, close it or add a bookmark, then hit ctrl-D again. The window does not remember its size and position.

If I remember correctly, it used to work before the new topic interface re-thinking, could this be fixed?

The resizing is also a bit odd in that you can resize in both directions to start with, then after open and closing the disclosure widget you can only resize horizontally.
