Last modified: 2006-03-29 07:00:54 UTC
Distribution: Debian testing/unstable Package: Evolution Severity: Normal Version: GNOME2.12.3 unspecified Gnome-Distributor: Debian Synopsis: Evolution has "quit unexpectedly" on exit Bugzilla-Product: Evolution Bugzilla-Component: Miscellaneous Bugzilla-Version: unspecified BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.12.1) Description: Description of the crash: When quitting Evolution, an Error dialogue is displayed saying "The Application Evolution has quit unexpectedly". Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Run Evolution 2. Send/receive mail 3. Quit Expected Results: Clean exit. How often does this happen? Every time Additional Information: I (vik@_nospam_@diamondage.co.nz) have reported this bug before on an Ubuntu system. I can reproduce it on an unrelated plain Debian system. So, it's not Ubuntu-specific. Note: Our national telco is about to block port 25, so I don't know how much longer local implementations of Bug Buddy that use sendmail directly will work. Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/evolution' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1". (no debugging symbols found) `system-supplied DSO at 0xffffe000' has disappeared; keeping its symbols.
