Please describe the problem:
I have two monitors on my desktop system with different resolutions (1280x1024
and 1440x900).  The login box shows on the square monitor and the inital cursor
position is on the widescreen.  I can move my cursor all around the widescreen
forever and be unable to type in the login box on the other display until the
first time the cursor reaches the other screen.  Once my cursor reaches the
screen with the login box the username text field immediatly gets focus and I
can type in it.

Expected results:
The login field should have focus as soon as gdm finishes starting, regardless
of cursor position.  There should be no need for the cursor to move to the
correct screen first.

Does this happen every time?
