Documentation for configuration option "TimedLoginDelay" does not mention units. However, according to sources, it is seconds.

Yes, I still have not branched for 2.14 so I am only applying changes that do not affect strings at the moment.  Once I branch, I will fix the documentation to mention units.  Thanks for highlighting this.
