Description Vincent PENNEC 2006-03-07 23:54:31 UTC
I'd like to be able to store a foreground/background token in a shade and not
the current value of fg/bg.

exemple:
I got an "full white" image
current fg is blue and bg is red
I define a new shade as fg - transparent - bg
I fill the image with the shade => I got a french flag (blue white red)

I clear the image (full white)
I set fg to green (bg is still red)
I fill the image using the SAME shade now I got an italian flag (green white red)

Sounds like a duplicate of bug 128367.
Comment 2 Sven Neumann 2006-03-08 07:45:28 UTC
I might just be too stupid, but I can't for heaven's sake find out what Vincent is asking for. But I tend to believe that he talks about gradients and the blend tool and that this is a duplicate of bug #128367.
Comment 3 Joao S. O. Bueno 2006-03-09 05:50:24 UTC
Indeed.
