GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 330873
Adding "License" button and dialog to About dialog
Last modified: 2006-05-19 16:07:13 UTC
HIG says <http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/menus-standard.html#menu-standard-help>: """Opens the About dialog for the application. Use the standard dialog provided by the GNOME libraries, which contains the name and version number of the application, a short description of the application's functionality, author contact details, copyright message and a pointer to the licence under which the application is made available.""" EOG doesn't have the License button and license info. Also, that's better to put the module name, "EOG", somewhere in the dialog.

We'll need to wait 2.15/2.16 dev releases because now we're string frozen. Confirming.
Created attachment 62137 [details] [review] add license button This adds a translatable license to eog. I saw this in another GNOME-project (I think it was Nautilus) and simply adapted it for eog.
