The last sentence from the description in the about dialog of the fish applet
does not use gender-neutral language. Quoting:

If anyone is found using it, he should be promptly sent for a psychiatric
evaluation.

Correct version:
The sentence can easily be changed to something like:
Anybody found using it should be promptly sent for a psychiatric evaluation.
