I have built and installed seperately the 'missing' mods even added the gnu versions to be sure. I still receive this loop during the make. I treid notifying the port maintainer but the messages just bounced. Could some one at least point me in the correct direction on this?
No idea, configure seems to run fine, but your port software seems to insist on rerunning with a non-existent automake. I'm really not sure it's libxml2 related. What I'm pretty sure is that the probability of someone having that knowledge finding this bug here in the gnome bugzilla is close to 0. Ask to the libxml2 port 'maintainer' or whoever plugged libxml2 in that framework, or ask the libxml2 mailing-list, but asking for such portability problems here is I think close to useless. Back to normal priority and gravity as I doubt it is really a libxml2 problem anyway. Daniel
