If you drag a local file on a folder, the folder's icon changes to an opened folder on mouse hover and you can drop the file in that folder.

But if you drag a video/image/sound from galeon/epiphany/firefox this doesn't happen.

Steps:
1- Drag an image from galeon and try to drop on a folder's icon placed on the desktop
3- The image is downloaded and appears on the desktop
