Some messages I receive contain multiple CC: and TO: lines. In the message
preview these are displayed on multiple lines which ends up taking most of the
space in the preview window.

The To: and Cc: header lines should be collapsed in the regular header view.
They could be expanded again to single lines with the "All Message Headers" view
mode is selected.
