Steps to reproduce:
1. Change preferences to rip to vorbis
2. Click 'extract'
3. Begins to extract, then crashes shortly after starting to write to the first 
file

I've never seen this, and I'm not sure what to do with the bug. Since it's with GStreamer 0.8, I doubt anyone will volunteer to fix it.

John, are you able to reproduce it reliably? If so, it might help to run sound juicer with GStreamer debug logging:

GST_DEBUG=*:5 sound-juicer > gst.log 2>&1 

If that captures the crash, zip up the log file and attach it and it might help someone find the problem.

I'll see if I can reproduce the bug tonight, though its fine if this bug is closed, since I've upgraded to 0.10.

ok, closing this as wontfix assuming its not an issue with gst 0.10. Let us know John if you still get this under 0.10.
