Description of Problem:
With Russian locale by saving record to Calendar we get "Start date is
wrong" error message and after that "Invalid Date Value" on each change
focus event. Same thing with End date...

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set up russian locale
2. start evolution
3. add and save some calendar event

Actual Results:
Start date is wrong error message

Additional Information:
if manually change date format to mm/dd/yyyy it saves with no error, but
this is checking date value bug.
