Goto 'Folder->Subscriptions, select public mail, contact, calendar and task folder.
Check only in mail view the subscribed public folder is not displayed.
In 'Calendar', 'Contacts' & 'Tasks' its visible.
Restart evolution 'Favourite folder' is displayed
