Please describe the problem:
Hi, whenever you open a context menu near the bottom of the screen you find
something like this:

big blank area on top, scroll on bottom. I think this is quite a buggy behavior.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

It is to show how far the menu will 'scroll up'. See discussion in the other bug for loads of background info.
