nautilus-2.13.4 crashes when generating new thumbnails
Last modified: 2006-01-21 15:50:32 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. Open folder or copy file to desktop requiring new thumbnail. 2. 3. Stack trace: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/libexec/<unknown>' Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/libthread_db.so.1". [Thread debugging using libthread_db enabled] [New Thread 46912598892832 (LWP 8051)] [New Thread 1082534240 (LWP 8071)] [New Thread 1074006368 (LWP 8052)] 0x00002aaaaf278965 in __nanosleep_nocancel () from /lib/tls/libpthread.so.0

Other information: Gentoo 2005.1/AMD64/xorg-x11-7.0/2.6.15-ck1/Gnome 2.13.5 I've had this happen with various files -- I'm attaching a screenshot example. There's no application shown in the crash dialog or backtrace, but from the PID: jdaluz 8051 1.4 2.3 178524 23912 ? Ssl 10:31 0:00 nautilus --sm-config-prefix /nautilus-531OcI/ --sm-client-id 117f000001000113634258900000098580008 --screen 0 Nautilus restarts after the crash. Note that the default behavior of opening the home directory in a nautilus window after a crash means I had to be quick in closing it again before another thumbnail crashed it again!
