New icons needed for 2.0

- Add account. - Register - Schedule - Jump - Split - Blank - Transfer - Report - "Report options", especially, since it often confuses users.
I've updated Register > {Schedule,Blank} to be more reasonable. Jump is already fine, actually. Report Options is actually fine, too; I think users are getting confused for other reasons. Register:Actions/Transfer and Register:Actions/Split are the biggest outstanding ones as they're on the toolbar. Register:Actions/Edit Exchange Rate also has a missing-icon, but we probably don't need an icon for this, so I've removed it (r13014). (re-targeting for 2.0)

Created attachment 58627 [details] Screenshot of Accounts with those icons As you can see from the screen shots in my build I've also substitted the Tango "Calendar" icon for scheduled, a blue version of the Tango "Trash" icon for delete and the the "Tango" Open icon. Also I made a "Tango"ized version of the "G"/$ logo and use that for the main icon, but the placement of the veritcle bars is not right. If you want I can upload svgs and/or the 16px for the account series.
Created attachment 58685 [details] Split Transaction Icon I think this icon is more reflective of what the split button does -- shows the split *detail* of a transaction. I think it works much better than the black lightning bolt. I played with the "torn" account icon idea, but it didn't produce anything that I liked.

r13473, 1.9.2. The Split and Transfer icons have been added to the app. I think our Account icon is fine as-is. Thanks!
By the way, the reason the "split" icon doesn't show up in the menus is that the split transaction menu item is a "checkmark" menu item. The check mark (or lack thereof) overrides the icon that appears on normal menu items.
