Steps to repro:

1. Go to http://www.ubuntuforums.org/forumdisplay.php?f=111 and scroll down so that only thread fill the screen
2. Open prefs
3. Mouse over prefs

What happens: Popups from the page underneath are displayed
What should happen: Nothing :)
