Happens in windows xp sp2 on 1.6.1, but NOT in linux on 1.4.3

Right click on a worksheet, and choose manage sheets.
changing a name is flaky.  The name will change, but won't show up as changed
in the tab on the sheet.  entering the manage sheets dialog again shows the
change (right), but tab is still the original (wrong).  

Saving, closing, and reopening shows the tab properly.

For the record, not seeing this on Linux with cvs head.

I'm fairly sure this is a variant of bug 349255.
