Create a folder 'On this Computer'
Create one more folder with same name, on clicking 'Create' button in create folder dialog throws error message 'No such file or directory'.

Reproducible always.

This is fixed in trunk with intrusive error dialog. When you click on it you can see the error information. See the above attachment.
