Other information:

I have a file Notebook.jpg (from who knows where) that causes nautilus
to crash 100% of the time.

The PITA is it was in ~/ so nautilus would always crash on
start/restart

this jpg crashes nautilus.

I have no idea where it came from.
Comment 2 Sebastien Bacher 2005-12-23 09:31:52 UTC
according to the backtrace that a nautilus-python issue. Does it happen without it. What version of nautilus-python are you using?
Comment 3 Marc Nozell 2005-12-23 16:05:53 UTC
I'm not doing anything with nautilus-python.

I'll try removing the nautilus-python 0.3.0-3ubuntu1 and seeing how it goes.

Comment 4 Marc Nozell 2005-12-23 17:48:10 UTC
It looks like nautilus-python is the culprit!

I removed nautilus-python, reboot, and nautilus can browse to a folder with
that Notebook.jpg. Installed nautilus-python, reboot, and nautilus now
crashes as before.
