Please describe the problem:
padding-left: and padding-right: should be added to the elements of each line.
I suggetst 5px or so.

I made all columns except the summary a fixed width and prevented wrapping so they'll expand when necessary. Should look better now. Perhaps adding padding as well is good when the subject is really long (don't want to truncate it, makes it more clear to the reporter they have to shorten it).
