ADDRESS failed because Gnumeric always quotes sheet names

Not fixed.

Jody laid the groundwork for fixing, though.  Currently we quote dots in
sheet names (and our lexer requires dots to be quoted).

Fixed in cvs.

"1e", ".x", and "1." need to be quoted.
"1f", "42", and "x." need not, but quotes will be added automatically for
  the former two.
