The accelerator for View / Preview was the same for the Mailer and Address Book
Component in 2.2. Since 2.4 they use different accelerators, which is confusing
and makes the UI unnecessary complicated.

The accel still is "*Control*grave" for Address Book, but changed to
"*Control*m" for the Mailer.

This accelerator should be the same for all Components. Thus using an generig
*Preview* releated accelerator is good, rather than using specialized ones all
over the place.
