1. Start RB with an audio CD, and no network connection
2. All the tracks show as "unknown", and you can't load the metadata without
ejecting the CD and inserting it back again

The removable media source class shouldn't have actions for its subclasses.  Instead, the reload CD metadata action should be added to a new action group in the audio CD source.

Looks good.  I think 'reload metadata' might be too technical, but I can't think of a better replacement.
