Description André Klapper 2005-11-02 11:07:48 UTC
Version details: evolution-2.5.1.0.200510270931-0.snap.novell.11.1
Distribution/Version: suse9.3

i am unable to add any appointment to any calendar, neither by using the new
dropdown menu nor by just typing ahead in the day view. it does not matter
whether any calendar is activated or not. i made sure that the marked calendar
is writable.
when typing in the day view, i get no error message.
when using the new dropdown button menu, i get the warning dialog "there is no
calendar to add appointments or meetings available."
this is a lie... ;-)

also see bug 320488, could have something in common

This has been fixed in cvs HEAD. This happens since EDS does not get started on
evolution startup. The fix was committed on september 26 in
evolution-data-server by harish.
