GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 319921
EOG crashes when file name changes
Last modified: 2006-03-22 21:03:36 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu 5.10 I used a pretty much default install of Ubuntu 5.10. If EOG is open in 'directory' mode and I change a filename in nautilus of a picture in EOG, EOG will crash. I'm not sure if it has to be the picture displayed or not.
Can reproduce the bug (using Ubuntu 5.10 too). It crash only if it is the currently selected image which change name. Here is what you get on the console (unfortunatly I don't have debug symbol compiled in): ** ERROR **: file eog-window.c: line 2993 (handle_image_selection_changed): assertion failed: (EOG_IS_IMAGE (image)) aborting... Program received signal SIGABRT, Aborted. [Switching to Thread -1224583488 (LWP 8075)] 0xffffe410 in __kernel_vsyscall ()
Confirming... I can reproduce wirh EOG 2.12.1. Updating version: 2.12.
