GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 317091
Cannot modify gnome menu entries
Last modified: 2006-07-07 13:13:32 UTC
Distribution: Debian testing/unstable Package: gnome-menu-editor Severity: enhancement Version: GNOME2.10.2 unspecified Gnome-Distributor: Debian Synopsis: Cannot modify gnome menu entries Bugzilla-Product: gnome-menu-editor Bugzilla-Component: interface Bugzilla-Version: unspecified Description: Please describe your feature request: In past versions it was sufficient to right-click over a submenu and it was possible to add, modify or remove entries in menu. In actual version i didn't found any user-friendly way to modify (customize) user menu entries. In my opinion it should be possible to customize menu for a single user and also for all users: there should be an all users set of menus (and submenus) entries and an user related set of menus (and submenus) for each user. Thanks for your bug report! Are you referring to the menu editor shipped with GNOME (gmenu-simple-editor) or to gnome-menu-editor [1]? It's different software. [1] http://manny.cluecoder.org/packages/gnome-menu-editor/
