Description Daniel Holbach 2005-09-15 16:10:31 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu

Forwarded from: https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/2318

I should be able to right-click on a cell, select "Insert Name," and be
presented with the same screen that I get when I select "Insert -> Names ->
Define." Within that screen, the "Expression" field should be pre-populated with
the address of the cell that I've right-clicked.

Insofar as the context menu is concerned, this is a WONTFIX.

The user can simply use the "name box" in the upper left corner. (Type
the name there and hit enter.)

But it would make perfect sense to pre-populate the name dialog when that
is used. Leaving open for that.

In cvs, the define names dialog is now being prepopulated.
