The path bar and the places sidebar is inconsistent with the file chooser.
When /apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_is_home_dir is set to true, the path bar
will display "Desktop" instead of "Home" and remove the "Home" bookmark from the
places sidebar.
The file chooser on the other hand, will display "Home" for the home directory
and remove the "Desktop" bookmark from the places menu, which is in my opinion
the correct behavior.
