Description of the crash:

starting evolution and clicking the "tasks" button leads to a crash.
restarting leads to an imediate crash due to evolution starting "tasks"
directly.
same happens as user and root!

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. starting evolution	
2. clicking "tasks"

Expected Results:

completly working evolution
