Description Craig Duquette 2005-08-18 14:11:04 UTC
Please describe the problem:
I've have this issue since Gnome-2.10. In the keyboard shortcuts page you can
bing e-mail, web, home folder to a keyboard shortcut. I'd like to bind the web
browser to windows key and w. It saves the configuration fine, but when I try
that key combination it won't open epiphany. For some reason the only
applications I can run using the Mod4 modifier are the run application dialog
(binded to mod4+r) and the terminal (mod4+t). The keybinds do work if I go into
apps/metacity/keybinding_commands and manually type what keys I want to use to
execute what.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open keyboard shortcuts
2. Click web browser
3. Map to mod4+w
4. Try executing, nothing happens

Does this happen every time?
