Description søren hauberg 2005-08-14 14:14:49 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy

When desktop_is_home_dir is set the reference to the home directory in the
Places menu should be called Desktop. This is what Nautilus does and IMHO this
makes more sense. If you don't agree a bug should be opened in Nautilus on this
issue.

Steps to reproduce:
1) In gconf enable apps/nautilus/preferences/desktop_is_home_dir
2) Log out and log back in (to make the setting active)
3) Look in the Places menu and see a reference to your Home folder
4) Open Nautilus in browser mode in your Home directory. Notice that Nautilus
calls this Desktop.

Note: I'm using the danish translation, so perhaps some of my rough translations
are bad.
