GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 313336
totem should use gnome-doc-utils

See http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsMigrationHowTo for a howto
3. Doesn't mention the different values possible for the category attribute 4. Needs to be a bit more precise when it says "add stuff" There's no explanation as to whether the other languages' */$DOC_MODULE.xml need the same treating
cc'ing danilo for these useful comments :-)
3. if you already have your <subject category="..."> it says to keep it; these are part of scrollkeeper extensions, and are documented at http://scrollkeeper.sourceforge.net/documentation/writing_scrollkeeper_omf_files/ar01s04.html#skomf-category Basically, you need not change anything from your help/C/totem-C.omf when you move it to help/totem.omf.in. 4. I don't know how more precise you want it to be: you need to add stuff to your $DOC_MODULE.xml if you want gnome-doc-utils to autogenerate OMF fields from it, and the table below lists what needs adding for what field. Again, your existing help/C/totem-C.omf is your best reference, along with the table in there. As for other languages' files, they need special treatment as described in http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsTranslationMigration, and nothing you need to do unless you want to migrate those translations yourself. I've updated the Wiki page now, but feel free to expand and reword appropriately.
Somebody else seems to have written a patch. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 346905 ***
