When the application DIA is launched, a DOS-box appears with the following text:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start the program.
2. See the DOS-box that appeared.


Actual results:
You start up the program.

Expected results:
a DOS-box appears with the following text:

I/O warning : failed to load external entity "NULL"

Does this happen every time?
yes.
