Dulles Airport is in northern Virginia about 25 miles outside the District of
Columbia, and so it would be better if it showed up in the 'Virginia' area of
the Preference->Locations instead of the 'District of Columbia' section.  I also
suggest adding a 'Arlingtion - National Airport' location.

Thanks for the info. Could you please supply the airport code for Arlingtion
National, as well as the correct region where it belongs and maybe its
coordinates? :)

The airport code is DCA.  The correct region would be Virginia.
According to http://www.airnav.com/airport/DCA, the coords are 38-51-07.5000N /
077-02-15.8000W

It does show up in Virginia -- see "Chantilly-Dulles Arpt".

This patch adds the requested airport (with radar and forecast info) and
improves the Dulles situation by copying improved information between the one
in DC and the one in VA.
