If you select the default tasks list under exchange account and right click, the
delete option is enabled. If i delete that tasks list, it is getting deleted. I
have to restart evolution to view that tasks list again.

The delete option should be disabled for default tasks list under exchange
account(like "Personal" tasks list).

In exchange_account_remove_folder, we need to check if the given folder uri is
among the standard_uris list and quit performing the operation.

Fixed in 2.4.2 and HEAD.
