Please describe the problem:
I start evolution and it pops up the password dialog.   I press the 'cancel'
button since I am not interested in logging into the mail server.   I get the
password dialog again.   I press 'cancel' again and brings back the dialog.  
This happens again and again and is very annoying.   

Steps to reproduce:

Expected results:
The dialog should get cancelled and the system must be in offline mode.

Does this happen every time?

I am accessing Groupwise server over iMAP.
