Description pj 2005-08-02 06:23:55 UTC
Distribution: Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 4 (Nahant Update 1)
Package: Evolution
Severity: enhancement
Version: GNOME2.8.0 unspecified
Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc
Synopsis: No links to false URL
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Mailer
Bugzilla-Version: unspecified
Description:
Many spam mail uses false URL and evolution makes then easy to click,
even it shows real address in bottom line. Would you please add one
check that if link text looks like URL, it must point the same address,
or there is no link or the link is red.

example: <a
href="http://www.postcards10.home.ro/postcards.gif.exe>http://www2.postcards.org/?a91-valets-cloud-31337</a>
should NOT shown as link

I think this is very inportant security feature and easy way to prevent
malicious programs.
