GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 311269
opening the sidebar when playing an audio file without visual effects totally borks totem
Last modified: 2005-07-22 16:47:05 UTC
Distribution/Version: Ubuntu Breezy 1. Deselect "Show visual effects when an audio file is played". 2. Play an audio file. 3. Resize 1:1. 4. Open the sidebar. Please see attached screenshots. (You probably know this already, in which case sorry for the spam, but I thought I'd better report this just in case you don't, because it's kinda serious.)

It's just garbage on the display, shade it and unshade it, does that "garbage" show as black?
Yeah, it's just garbage. Minimizing & maximizing returns the display back to normal.
