Please describe the problem:
when downloading large video  with firefox to , say, the desktop, the thumbnail
in Nautilus is constantly updated. This is a bit annoying.

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to e.g. http://stream.fluendo.com/archive/6uadec/ 
2. download an ogg to the desktop
3. look at the desktop


Actual results:
the video thumb is constantly updated

Expected results:
maybe one or two updates, not all the time

Does this happen every time?
