Simon: Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. This bug report isn't very useful because it doesn't describe the bug well. If you have time and can still reproduce the bug, please read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/bug-HOWTO.html and add a more useful description to this bug.
I am not that farmilar with Gnome applications, but the little I do know: The only functionality of Evolution of I use is the Calendar module. Thus when opening Evolution, Calendar is always selected. System information: Debian Etch, which is in the process of merging Gnome 2.10. Additionally I removed evolution-data-server 1.0.4 for 1.2.2 but at the time evolution was functioning. I haven't used evolution in about 2 weeks and during that time upgrades were only done to Gnome packages 2.8 to 2.10 Nagappan: Thanks for the HOWTO, should this be in Ximian?
