Start gnumeric from a terminal, you will get the following warnings:

** (gnumeric:32271): WARNING **: Im Menü »_Bearbeiten« wird die Zugriffstaste
»s« für »Einfügen _spezial...« und »_Suchen...« gleichermaßen verwendet.

** (gnumeric:32271): WARNING **: Im Menü »_Format->S_palte« wird die
Zugriffstaste »b« für »_Breite...« und »Ver_bergen« gleichermaßen verwendet.

In English this means that in the menu Edit the key "s" is defined for two
commands: Insert special and Search. The correspnding line in de.po is 10727. I
guess the best idea would be to assign insert special in the German version to
the key z. Then there is another collision for the key "b" in the menu
Format->Column, I couldn't find the corresponding line in de.po, sorry for that.
