If you subscribe to an RSS channel whose entries do not contain link elements,
Blam uses the default link value (i.e., gopher://rss-net.sf.net/) as the entry's
ID.  This causes it to only display the last element in the feed and to never
mark subsequent entries as new.

I'll submit a patch that fixes this shortly.
